Founded in 1949, HAHN-Elektrobau GmbH &Co. KG was registered as an armature winding works, repair shop for electrical motors, generators and electrical installations and the sale of domestic electrical appliances. Since 1969 the company produces small transformers in Hungen, Germany. Adapting the market situation, HAHN-ELEKTROBAU built another plant in Güsten, Germany and a third plant in Novovolynsk, Ukraine.
