1959 Fagor Electrónica has begun to produce rectifiers in Spain. The company is part of Mondragón Components, which belong to the global operating Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa (MCC). With its 78,000 employees the MCC-Group is one of the biggest companies in Spain.

Until today Fagor develops and manufactures electronic components in its parent plant in Mondragón and is furthermore present on all five continents.
